Requirements to book Within 24 hours of booking, a copy of government-issued ID card (will be matched to booking guest information and payment, to guard against online fraud) and list of all guests names/ages on the property for the stay, signed rental agreement and canoe wavier to be sent by email. We will not allow access to our home until all requirements are met before check-in. We appreciate your understanding of safeguarding both parties interests. We do not accept 3rd party bookings. When using a credit card for payment, the cardholder must be a guest or a co-guest listed on the rental agreement. 

 

Reservations are held by a 50% deposit only. Final payment, the remaining 50%, is required 45 days prior to the arrival date. We accept Personal Checks with discount, Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal. If paying by check, payment must be received within 5 days of booking otherwise the dates will be released.

Cancellation Policy 30 full days before check-in is 100% refund less PayPal fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded, we will refund the cleaning fee if applicable. After check-in, if the guest arrives and decides to leave early, nights not spent are not refunded. Within the 30 days, we will try to re-rent the dates and refund the difference between the original booking and what the new booking amount is, less an administrative fee of $175 and PayPal fees. Want to save a little more? We accept checks with a 3% discount. This is the same amount that credit card processors charge us to run your credit card. If you want to keep that in your pocket, then you can select the check option. The discount will be applied upon payment at check out.
